Bikram Yoga

The well-known Bikram yoga, is a dynamic yoga practice in a room heated to 105 degrees Fahrenheit with a high humidity. The classes are 90 minutes long and consist of 26 postures. The 26 postures work the body inside out, from little finger to the little toe. Bikram is a great cardio workout, helping to detoxify and cleanse the body, it is a great aid for arthritis and those suffering from Diabetes, regulating the thyroid, lowering stress or anxiety, and balancing out the emotions. The body will sweat and detox, and most of all the feeling after your class is worth every minute in the Hot Voyoga room.

This class is available in the classic 90 minute and Express 60 minute versions.
