Pilates

A 60 minute class designed to strengthen the core, whilst creating flexibility and mobility in the joints and muscles, bringing awareness throughout the body. Concentrating on strength and tone, helping to alleviate back pain, lengthen and strengthen the spine, focusing on correct posture mechanics an improved performance in any other form of exercise throughout your daily life.

During the class small equipment such as hand held weights, bands and the stability ball, may be used to challenge and aid the execution of each exercise.
