Nitai grew up in a Bhakti Yoga community and has been practicing yoga for over 5 years. His practice has helped him grow stronger, more flexible, balanced and fearless, both on and off the mat more than he could ever imagine.
Nitai Say’s “Yoga inspires us to live each moment with more mindfulness, love, kindness and compassion”.
He completed my 200 hour Ashtanga Vinyasa training with Radhika Yoga International in Bali. Though certified, He always considers himself a student of the practice and is deeply grateful for the loving wisdom his teachers have shared with him.
In Nitai’s classes, he loves to combine both hard work and softness to help you deepen your practice. he seeks to help others thrive in their lives by nurturing the body, mind and spirit with yoga, and his hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, energized, nourished and balanced both in and out.
