About Nola

Nola is a passionate fitness professional and has extensive experience in the international fitness industry in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the Middle East. Nola began her fitness career as a gym instructor in Melbourne on specializing as a personal trainer and teaching Swiss Ball and Step classes. Nola has also held leadership positions such as aerobics coordinator and Gym Manager. Nola has been in in Abu Dhabi for six years working as Manager and Lead Trainer at the Spa in Al Ain Cromwell Hospital.

Nola enjoys training local Emirati women and seeing the amazing results when women are empowered and educated about the health and well-being of their own bodies. Nola can teach a range of classes to suit everyone; including Step, Swiss Ball, Boxing, Aerobics and her new exciting Diva Dance classes. She has also developed her own special diet and exercise program called Accelerate which is very popular.

Nola recently completed her STOTT training at Real Pilates in Dubai. Nola particularly enjoys the STOTT PILATES method of Pilates, although she has trained in a variety of other methods. She loves seeing the difference Pilates can make to her clients physical and emotional well-

being and sees Pilates as a technique to support and protect the body while building strength, flexibility, postural awareness and core stability.

Nola enjoys continually bringing new ideas into her practice by learning, improving her methods and refreshing her ideas by attending on-going workshops and courses.
